Regarding the ban on fishing from Kaptai Lake, as per the decision of the meeting held on 16/04/2015, in the interest of proper reproduction, growth, stocking of fish resources of Kaptai Lake and maintaining the balance of the lake, all types of fishing, drying/preservation, transportation and marketing have been completely banned in the entire area of Kaptai Lake from 01 May, 2025 to 31 July, 2025.
